Exploring themes of nature, humanity, and abstract expression through various mediums and techniques.
View GalleryMy artistic journey began at age seven with a pencil in hand, evolving across mediums and decades into the multidisciplinary practice I maintain today. While my foundation lies in drawing and painting—with particular expertise in figurative work and portraiture—my curiosity has led me to explore diverse materials and techniques throughout my life.
In my teens, I discovered the tactile satisfaction of clay sculpture, later expanding into the delicate precision of lampworking, where glass transforms under the focused heat of a torch. More recently, I've been drawn to the permanence and patience required in stone carving, each piece revealing itself through a dialogue between artist and material.
As a transman my personal experience has profoundly influenced my artistic perspective. This journey has sharpened my awareness of identity, transformation, and the complexity of human experience. Through my diverse body of work, I seek to create art that resonates with authenticity, technical skill, and emotional truth—art that speaks to the depths of human experience while celebrating the continuous evolution of both artist and medium.
